I am a licensed Professional Counselor Associate in the state of Oregon. I have a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Bushnell University and a BA in Fine Art from the University of Oregon.
Working as a therapist brings together two of my greatest professional joys – helping relationships and learning. Working through my own challenges with therapists over the years has engendered deep healing and profound change. I am continually thrilled to be in a position to pay that forward. Being a therapist means a commitment to life-long learning, both about oneself, and the profession. This challenge invigorates and excites me.
Outside of work, my passions include being in nature, art, good food, and spending time with loved ones. I love exploring, hiking, swimming, making jewelry, reading, farmers markets, and making meals with my long-time partner.
